We support our customers in designing and developing intelligent embedded solutions in various industries from space to machinery. Your role

As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overall project management, including project planning, project execution according to the agreed schedule and budget, and reporting to internal and external stakeholders. The project teams consist of 1-10 team members. You will cooperate with the portfolio owner and the sales team, and be supported by other project managers.
Your goal during the first year is to find your feet in our group, adopt our best practices, take ownership of the projects under your management and solidify your expertise in the area. Your Huld Leader and Mentor Project Manager will support you to ramp up your work efficiently. There is no path set in a stone, and at Huld we invite you to lay out your own.
Skills and qualifications
Prerequisites
- M.Sc. in technical sciences, industrial management or business administration.
- Experience with project management using waterfall and agile methodologies, project schedule management tools, project planning and progress tracking tools, and Microsoft Office tools.
- Understanding of embedded systems supported by 3-10 years of work experience.
- Experience from software development in a regulated environment, e.g., medical, defense, railway, machinery, automation, space.
- Ability to concurrently work on several projects under critical deadlines.
- Have "Can do" attitude, “No” is not an option for you.
- Good communication skills in English, preferably also Finnish.
Nice-to-haves
- Background in embedded software development or testing.
- Experience with version control, continuous integration and delivery. Knowledge of C, C++, Linux, RTOS, microprocessors.
